Jewelry Making Ideas - How to make a Necklace out of a T-shirt

I’ve heard of great jewelry making ideas and one of the best ideas is making a necklace out of an old t-shirt. Why not get rid of a t-shirt that you don’t wear anymore and make it into a stylish accessory? This post will show you how to turn an old t-shirt into a fashionable necklace that you can wear daily.

Handmade jewelry is not always the easiest to make, however this process is fairly simple. The first step to making jewelry is to gather all of the materials you need to create the product. For this project, you will need an old t-shirt, scissors and glue.

•      Cut the t-shirt into one-inch wide strips.
•     Once you cut the strips, hold each end and pull them in order to give them a desired curl.
•     Take some necklace chains and mix them in with the already made t-shirt loops.
•     Take a few strips and bind them around particular spots on the necklace, whatever you feel looks the best. Then sew the ends of the strips into place.
